Online the new portal “Prenot@mi” for the booking of consular services. It replaces the previous portal “PrenotaOnline”. New registration required

As of June 14th, 2021 the new portal “Prenot@Mi” (https://prenotami.esteri.it) for booking appointments regarding consular services is online.

The portal “Prenot@mi” replaces the previous portal “PrenotaOnline”, and it will therefore be necessary to re-register to the Prenot@mi portal.

From June 14th, it will only be possible to book appointments through the new portal.

Appointments already booked on the current portal “PrenotaOnline” will remain valid anyway and provided in the booking consular office.
