COVID-19 EMERGENCY – FUNCTIONING OF THE CONSULAR DESK

During the current health emergency, citizens will be allowed to visit the Consular Desk only upon appointment or for emergencies/urgent reasons.
In connection with the emergency regarding the spreading of COVID-19, there will be some changes in the opening hours of the Consular Desk until the emergency persists:
- Opening hours to the public (only upon appointment or for emergencies) from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 12.00. Tuesday and Thursday from 15 to 16 (only for document collection)
- Limitation to a maximum of 3 people at the same time in the waiting room. Access to any accompanying persons is forbidden.

You can still contact our offices and request the regular services via email, telephone and through the program FAST-IT.

The activities of the Honorary Consulates will also undergo changes as a consequence of the emergency. Therefore, we advise citizens to always make prior contact with the Honorary Consuls, via email or telephone, in order to coordinate eventual assistance operation.
